MEET BARI G.

Bari G. is an educator, former professional athlete, and co-host of the Growth Power Success Podcast, committed to empowering the next generation through mentorship, storytelling, and personal development. A Miami native, he played football at the University of Florida, earning a degree in Sociology before competing professionally, winning three championships and earning two Defensive Player of the Year awards in the U.S. and CFL. His transition from elite athlete to educator reflects his passion for leadership, discipline, and guiding others toward success.

As a co-host of the Growth Power Success Podcast, Bari G. shares insights on resilience, strategic thinking, and navigating life’s challenges with intention. His philosophy, rooted in “faith over fear,” drives his approach to both personal and professional growth. Beyond the podcast and education, he enjoys playing sports, fine dining, and embracing Miami’s social scene, always striving to uplift those around him through conversation, mentorship, and community engagement.
